YIPPEE MY SIS WENT TO KOREA FOR HER HOLIDAY!!!im so happy yup=D
cuz it means loads of freedom... late night usage of the com... no more nagging... for a while at least=)
i hope she gets nice souveniers.. i would have preferred the korean traditional costume but it costs a bomb. too bad=/
anyway.. yeah as usual we went to see sis off at changi airport... haha.
anyway we got off the car.. and my sis asked me if i wanted to sit on the luggage trolley. i was like how old am i? but in the end i still sat on the trolley anyway. SO COOL~~ hahah... still haven grown up after all these years. not bad really... i always liked the feeling=P
sis was exasperated by the tour guide cuz they didnt tell her that they changed the agency name from seiki to genting. so we were looking high and low for the guide for ard 1/2 hour.she was going @#$% and the tour guide was still dumb saying didnt i tell you? i thought i told everyone. nvr mind.. just enjoy yr holiday. -.-
wth.. everyone was so hungry without their dinner and you say that? i'd like to put you in africa.
finally went to get some food.. we didnt like the food court in terminal 1, so we went to terminal 2 where there was more variety. in the end we ate at crystal jade... AS USUAL. BLEARGH. i get so sick of their food sometimes. but in this case it didnt matter cuz i was REALLY HUNGRY. for the first time in my life, i finished all the food that was given to me in crystal jade. achievement indeed*nods head*
HOWEVER one thing that i would like to point out is POOR SERVICE, to me at least. i personally felt that the manager who served us was quite rude to me. thats cuz we were sitting at a long table
and i was at the end
my fav dish which was some sotong thingy was sitting right in front of me (heh heh i like it). my sis likes this dish too BUT unfortunately she sits at the other end*nasty grin* so she cant reach it. cuz there was no space left on the table for the other dishes to come the manager just PUSHED all the dishes on the table UPWARDS. which means, my part of the table has absolutely nothing but a pair of chopsticks, a spoon, a pot of soup, and an empty plate. and later, he PROCEEDS to put the rest of the dishes and the new dishes coming out of the kitchen in the CENTRE of the table.
WTF. am i some glass or something? you small see me cuz i look like some skinny gal who doesnt have an ounce of money to pay for a sumptous meal that is by normal standards ex fare but since its in an airport its 20% more expensive than other outlets? and btw, that pompous asshole actually dared to move away my sotong when i have purposely put it in front of me?!?!
another point. this uncle really see people no up. my sis wanted to treat us to this dinner today cuz it was the last time we would have a meal until she came back. but NO, this uncle sees that hm, i see two men here. one is young, the other is old. so probably the old one is the head of the family and the women beside him is his wife, and the two young but also adult people sitting across them must be their grown up children. as for the young teenager sitting on his right, it is highly impossible in my high-class restaurant that she is able to pay for such a meal cuz she doesnt look like she can even pay. why, if she did, it would probably be that she'd end up washing dishes in the back of my kitchen!! my my i would bet my head, no my high class restaurant that she wun be the one paying for tonight's dinner. therefore, i have come to my high class conclusion that the old man(btw my father is NOT so old) must be the one paying the dinner! he must be very rich in the first place. in that case, i should push all the dishes in front of him so that he can enjoy the meal because he will be the one paying the bill later so that i can earn income for my high class restaurant to pay for the ridiculous taxes and rents that the airport has been chasing me for. o hopefully if i suck up to him he can give me some nice tips?
and that was what he did. he pushed all the dishes to where my dad was sitting and wat are the others? some s***? like we are some subservants or something? where in the egoist world of guys women mus be submissive and children should listen but not talk?
im so pissed off by what he did. if i really paid for the dinner, then he is DEAD. DEAD. HE will be the one washing dishes in MY kitchen. and probably he will muck out in the toilets too. i dun care.
anyway all of us noticed it but i was the only victim. my gawd. so we started to blah blah blah about him... saying what small see me... blah blah blah all the usual stuff... but it was really pathetic. eveyone could see that my table was really bare. so they started to treat me like some vip... haha..more like pig than person... anyways yeah.. put back my fav sotong BACK TO ITS RIGHTFUL POSITION. that is the most impt. help me get the food i cant reach... yeah usual dinner practices. everyone knows.
i think im going slightly balistic here. all my vulgarities came spilling out. my gawd. its all yr fault you stupid manager. if you haven't been so @#$% this wouldnt have happened. this also reflects on singapore badly do you know? you may have racial harmony, but i personally feel that its more of racial avoidance which contributes to yr harmony. yeah and much, much tolerance. harmony actually wants you to communicate with each other, know each other, and get to live life along with them! not asking you to see an indian, chinese or malay and just avoid each other in a 1km radius. harmony is not what you get from thinking that if u dun talk to each other, nothing will happen; that kind of thinking. ahh wat am i talking about. im steering away from the subject.
anyway what im trying to say that its all about class and income, like money and power and positions. people judge you based on many things, and one is appearance. do not think that a peron who looks like a weasel is some weakling that will collapse any moment. for all you know he may be some big hot shot behind the scenes. is that when you will know the truth, and wrap yr arms around his legs crying "mercy!"? suckers.
got too fed up with this stupid manager... haha. thing i will stop here for now.. think its a long entry. tata~~
